## RethinkCare Description
RethinkCare, a division of Rethink Autism, is a holistic parenting and behavioral health benefit offered by employers to their workforce. It is not directly available to individuals at this time. Please reach out to support@rethinkcare.com for questions about eligibility.

RethinkCare is the only digital platform that uses evidence-based, clinically-validated approaches to support employees’ ongoing parental, personal, and professional needs.
With 29 training areas, 370+ mini-courses, and 9,000+ daily sessions and resources, RethinkCare offers the largest digital skills training library for employees’ needs across all areas of life—from work life to home life and everything in between.

RethinkCare may integrate with the Apple Health API to receive Apple Health data (e.g., Sleep and Steps) which we use to provide our services such as recommending content to users.
Working parents also have 1:1 access to live Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These graduate-level parenting experts are available by appointment, day or night, to help parents understand and act on their most complex challenges. This includes support for parents of children with learning and behavioral disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome.
RethinkCare is available in nine languages across more than 120 countries to help users be better parents, better employees, and better versions of themselves.

Eligible employees can sign up through their employer and begin their journey to a healthier and happier life. Available user content is based on each employer’s specific subscription.

I only have this app as it integrates into our wellness program for HRA funds. If not for that, I’d delete it and never look back. For whatever reason, the app works for a few days then starts instantly crashing when launched.

And before the app developer responds to this review saying “please reach out to us directly so we can help resolve your issue,” I’ll just say - save your insincere attempt to save face for putting out such a bad app. Here’s a thought. Look at the numerous people posting about this same issue. It’s your app, not our iPhone or iOS version.

How do I know? Because if I delete the app and reinstall it (then go through all the sign-on steps and authentication through my employer sponsor), the app works again… for a few days. I don’t change phones or versions of iOS. The only change is a fresh download of this app. 

Based on all the complaints, our employer has added a competitor app that can complete some of the wellness activities. Hopefully next benefit year this app will get the boot.

I remember when I was first in therapy. How much this app helped me get through a lot of things. It really changed my life when it was the Whil app. Then it changed and I wasn’t mad at it. But I got my phone back after it was stolen for some time. Months later I remember that the app name changed. I redownloaded two days ago and now when it opens all the options for different types of meditation are gone. The sleep meditation was one that helped me so much and never thought it would. It’s gone now and honestly I’m so sad about it. Thanks to the original developers, they had a goal and it was obvious. The new app, didn’t even care. I’m definitely still not going to the “Calm” app… no one wants to fall asleep to Mathew McConaughey, or Lucy Liu. (Rolls eyes)

I hope you all know that I’m going to lose out on HSA money from my employer because I can’t consistently get this app to work. A couple weeks ago, it wanted me to choose a region but the page was blank. This week, the app crashes as soon as I open it. I get money in my HSA for using the app consistently, but that is impossible to do.
