Takes 12 plus hours to have photos retouched
I dislike the majority of the results. The results are super fake. If you want natural looking results do not use this app. Your features will look plastic and everyone will know they are fake. The last five photos I submitted took over 12 hours to process even when they told me they would be ready in 20-25 mins. Additionally there is no option to cancel your order. Plus, the customer service is awful. It’s automated even though it says it isn’t. You’ll receive a non-personalized response telling you that as soon as you submit the credits are gone and will not be reimbursed even if they take 15-24 hours or days to process. They take zero responsibility for their work. You can only ask for changes twice (which they charge you credits for) even if the person that edits it leaves out an arm or hand or airbrushes the nose off your face. They basically steal your funds. The reviews on this site are fake. Do not listen to positive reviews they aren’t from real customers. *Before this post I cancelled my subscription however they charged me for an extra month. Luckily Apple saw what they did and refunded me for the month. Retouch Me read my honest review and sent me an email asking me to contact them. I did. They then followed up with- we did all we can do- we refunded you 50% of one photo. Zeros apologies provided. Horrible response. This doesn’t scrape the surface of what they owe me, and what they should have done. I am disappointed..actually disgusted by their customer service. Or lack their of. Stay away from this app!!
This app is a scam!
Don't make any purchases through this app. It's a huge scam. They don't retouch the picture and it is in processing mode forever. It has been 48 hours and it still says retouching in 9 mins and I only asked for 1 small area to be retouched. That's it. And can't get my money back. Such a waste...
