I love this app and am getting very familiar with using it daily. Recording and creating voice notes is very intuitive. The app is beautifully designed and it’s quickly becoming a key tool in my daily life. 🙏🏼

Easiest App for Brain Reprograming

Best app I have used to date for those working with positive cognitions/beliefs/affirmations to change your thinking and being. The app is super easy to navigate. I recommend trying the free version first to get a feel for the layout. I upgraded to the Premium for the extended time limit (5 min) to record longer affirmations and it’s well worth it. The app allows for you to create playlists where you combine different affirmation recordings together. There are several background sound options to chose from to play along with your recording. If you don’t know where to start, the app provides you with a lengthy list of ideas for yourself to get you going (“it’s safe to relax now”, “opportunities are everywhere”). It’s wonderful to listen to while going to sleep and upon waking up when our subconscious is most accessible.

Practicing manifestation and self talk has been a practice in my life. I used to journal all my manifestations. But with this app my manifestations have become easier. I Iove the music for different affirmations and hearing my own voice is like my inner self is talking to me. I play my own affirmations a few times a day with auto play. All you have to do is preset the timer. I am happy with my purchase more than I can say!!!

I love this app and use it many times in a day to keep me centered and feel peace and joy by listening to affirmations and stories recorded with my own voice. Music of my choice is added with recordings to make it very pleasant to listen to. App is so easy to use, and I am very happy having it.

I have used this app daily to listen to my affirmations and also record my future self manifestations. I listen to it before starting my day and at the end of the day. I love the ability create different categories, the looping of the audio feature, and back ground music. I have recommended it to everyone!

In my first year of using my mind to create money I created a brainwash audio to listen to so I could train my mind to think one way instead of default. This app makes that creation process SO much easier. I can record 20 thoughts, listen to them with music…realize my voice was off for one and re-record just that one thought. This app helps me show up for the future I’m creating.

Exactly what I didn’t know I needed

I’ve been on a journey of self care and part of that is bringing my unconscious thoughts to the forefront. My thoughts were “I am not not enough, I’m not doing enough for my family, I don’t have enough time….” When I realized this in the silent soundtrack to my life I decided to take steps towards replacing those thoughts with ones that serve me. I’ve tried other apps and even YouTube videos with positive thoughts and affirmations. They were good but hearing “I am so thankful for my life” in my own voice with calming music is exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I play my affirmations in the morning right when my alarm clock goes off with my headphones. What a difference this has made in my life! Please try this for a week - you’ll remember this review.
