I’d happily pay the small subscription charge for the quality news coverage but the app navigation is just dreadful. It’s impossible to move sequentially through articles. Articles don’t appear chronologically and the next article option jumps between sections.
Reuters is nothing more than a disingenuous propaganda machine. The truth doesn’t matter, facts don’t matter, consistency doesn’t matter - all that matters is serving the best interests of the banks & hedge funds.
I can’t pay for news!
Why is the text so small? I installed the app, but then uninstalled when I saw how reader-unfriendly the layout is.
Whilst I understand the introduction of the paywall model, some notice of it being introduced across the app would have been good. You can no longer read any stories for free it would seem. Trusted, but now deleted.
Premium price for below average experience
Previously loved this app and it was my go to news app. Im now confronted with a paywall everyone so deleted. Such a shame.
Beautiful new design of the app. Media section is beautifully aligned.
The quality of reporting is high but why does the app not show Home news for UK? Nor can I find a solution. If there is a paywall, why does the App not offer access. If not, why does Reuters not explain what is occurring and explain how to overcome it?
I’m still using the app, as I still enjoy the content, but this is 2024 and not being able to set the font size is really dumb…and just one example of how this app is lacking in the layout front. I use it primarily on an iPad and it literally uses about 55% of the screen to display articles. There’s no excuse for this. Get your act together.
