## RevenueWell On The Go Reviews in United States

### *---- "Notifications don’t work"
This app really needs a refresh. Also notifications don’t work. Deleted app reinstalled same thing. Don’t see a notification section for the app in that area. Guessing things aren’t compatible with newer IOS. Get with it.
-- Joan’s-opinion, 2025-07-23

### *---- "App No Longer works"
App stopped working. Just says error reported after login.
-- direct tv dont, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Needs an update"
This app is way behind the times. My least favorite thing is that the schedule is organized in list form. How is that helpful at all? Seems this app is created by people who don’t use it.
-- Chelseymae, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Clunky and cumbersome"
Nothing works like it should. Loads and reloads and leaves you with blank screens. Modules don’t connect to one another so you have to back out of one to go into another. Good concept but needs a lot of work.
-- Ddcarl, 2024-05-08

### *---- "Never works"
This app has yet to working properly for me since we switched to RevenueWell phones. I dial the number and it never goes through. But yet all calls to my office phone go directly to my cell.
-- ChickFilAVIP, 2023-07-14

### ***-- "App needs repair"
The on the go app was working fine a couple of months ago but seems to be going downhill. It needs some attention asap.
-- 1veryorganizedgirl, 2023-02-01

### *---- "Does not work!"
If you’re not in the wifi doesn’t work and…….
-- Barbara D C, 2022-08-30

### *---- "Not compatible with iOS 15.2.1"
Our office invested in RevenueWell for patient management. One of the biggest “sells” was the ability to spoof our office number by using this app (allowing staff to contact patients from home using the office caller ID).

Unfortunately, the app simply does not work. After installing and logging into RevenueWell, the app crashes when you click a patient’s phone number with an intent to call them. We have tried on multiple iPhones that are completely up-to-date with no success.

It is impossible to get someone at RevenueWell to answer the phone or return a polite voicemail. No technical information or troubleshooting steps can be found on the Internet.

RevenueWell On-The-Go is an exceptionally useless app.
