## Reveri Description
When pain, stress, or sleep disruption won’t let you live your life, your mind may be the most powerful tool you haven’t tried yet. Most users feel meaningful relief in their first 10-minute session. No drugs. No side effects. Try it free for 7 days.
Reveri delivers guided, interactive sessions with Stanford’s Dr. David Spiegel, grounded in 50+ years of research and clinical experience, that help your mind directly change how your body feels. Dr. Spiegel asks what you need. The experience adapts to you in real time. Close your eyes, answer a few questions, and let your mind calm your body. This is clinical self-hypnosis, not the stage trick. The real thing, built on five decades of science. You don’t need to believe in it for it to work.

THE NUMBERS
(Two sources: peer-reviewed study for stress stat; internal user data for pain and sleep stats)
In a peer-reviewed study of over 84,000 Reveri users:
• 84% felt less stress and anxiety after one session

Based on data from hundreds of thousands of Reveri users:
• 77% felt less pain after a single session
• 90% felt more rested after their first sleep session
• 4.6 stars across thousands of reviews
Reveri was built for people who feel like they’ve tried everything. Most of them felt something different in their very first session.

THE PERSON BEHIND EVERY SESSION
Dr. David Spiegel has spent 50 years researching how the mind changes what the body feels. As co-founder of Reveri and Associate Chair of Psychiatry at Stanford School of Medicine, he has authored more than 400 research papers and helped thousands of patients find relief that other methods couldn’t deliver. When you use Reveri, you hear his voice. He is not a figurehead. He is the session.

USE REVERI TO:
• Relieve chronic pain: in minutes, without drugs
• Reduce stress and anxiety after a single session
• Fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night
• Sharpen focus and mental clarity
• Break habits: smoking, vaping, overeating, and more

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
• Dr. Spiegel asks what you need, you answer
• The session adapts to your responses in real time
• Eyes closed, 10 minutes, guided from start to finish
• No practice required. No learning curve. Just show up.
Safe for daily use. No drugs. No side effects. No dependency.

Reveri is a general wellness app. Nothing in Reveri should be considered medical advice. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor.

Reveri makes it easy to learn what happens to you and your brain during hypnotherapy. Reveri’s Hypnotherapy techniques have been scientifically backed and clinically validated by 400+ research articles displayed in our website. Two research papers which show the efficacy of hypnotherapy for pain management and anxiety:

## Reveri Reviews in United States

### ***** "Can’t Cancel *Update*"
*Update*
I emailed customer support and they replied within 12 hours. They answered the issue and with that one email cancelled my account! Very professional and swift.

****
There is absolutely no information on the app as to which card is being charged and very difficult to cancel.
-- GiGi-Laurie, 2025-01-01

### ***-- "Almost There… Not Quite Worth the Money"
I did the one year student trial after hearing about it on Huberman lab, and there were times this app helped me. I found it nice to have as a quick tool when needing to refocus my scattered energy or try to wind down before sleep. But honestly, what’s offered gets old pretty quick, and though they try to target certain goals with specific meditations, to me they are just too basic… like they use the same tactics for each differently named goal. Idk but for me I was always disappointed feeling like the “reduce procrastination” meditation is the exact same as “reduce stress and anxiety from work”… just slightly different angles/wording. I wanted to be wowed and wasn’t. The self hypnosis never worked for me either. The hand lifting in the air is weird and keeps you from relaxing as fully I think. It’s a cool concept and it had its moments that came in handy for me but overall needs a lot of tidying up and refining I think before I’d ever use it again. Kinda feel like I got ripped off tbh!
-- Yogimav, 2024-12-29

### ***-- "Still in Trial"
Can the developer please explain how to get the speech recognition to work. I click on the settings when prompted and it takes me to a place in settings that doesn’t deal with this function. When doing more searching on the speech recognition settings in the iPhone I go there but Reverie is not showing as an app that has asked permission and there isn’t just a toggle switch to enable this. Without this feature I have to open up my eyes to give responses during the sessions to look at the screen. Can someone please provide some clarity with this writing, otherwise I don’t see myself getting the benefit from this app I’m looking for.
-- Suzuski32, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Zero stars"
Looked promising but there is hardly anything on it. I tried it and didn’t get it canceled on time. Now I’m out $100. Asked for a refund the day they charged me and was told no.
-- Adag123, 2024-11-21

### ***** "Good App"
Great app for dealing with a variety of life challenges. The sessions are short and effective. One thing that would make this app even better is if you could access the Reveri App from the Apple Watch and have the Apple Watch speaker play the hypnosis track.
-- SloanShark169, 2024-11-15

### ***** "Life changed"
Life changing app
-- shelbysmith.co, 2024-11-08

### ***** "Feeling better"
At the point in my pain and anxiety with stress, I’m willing to try anything and after one session I feel better and I also listened to NPR on the People’s pharmacy Saturday morning about this app and I immediately decided to get it
-- Avaisabel, 2024-11-05

### ***** "Seriously"
It just works
-- Justinwalkertattoo, 2024-11-02

### ***** "Hypnosis is real"
One 13 minute session and I slept for 10 hours and had an excellent workout. I will be subscribing at the end of the free trial. I highly recommend
-- Pslbear, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Useless"
Useless
