This app must not have been tested as it is not functional to use. No back button… umm what?? How do I go back to keep shopping?? Such a critical flaw and incredibly frustrating. Pages don’t load. Wish list disappears.

Really clunky and glitchy
Just when it looked like the app was receiving the long overdue makeover - wow. Could not be worse. Still clunky and no easy return to the filtered list. Perhaps do some user testing before release?
My wishlist won’t even load anymore. Seriously, this app is very slow and glitchy and hasn’t been updated for about a year!!
Time to upgrade your app ! It’s too slow to use, every click you have to wait for a while, waste my time, love review items but not the app, that the reason why I buy less than before!
I use this app all the time It can be slow so only use when not in front of laptop Your loyalty points/rewards disappear in checkout and payment methods don’t always work Much prefer the website
The app reloads every time you switch to another app, so good luck to you if you need to double check an address while ordering!
For a brand that isn’t cheap, you would think that some money would be put into making a usable app. The navigation randomly disappears on the screen, moving away from the app completely clears the page and goes back to the loading home page (which is so slow and annoying to wait to load each time). It’s just a really really poorly made app that feels like it technically ticks the box of an app, but is not even as useful as a simple webpage. Wish it was better so it could be used for shopping more.
The previous app wasn’t great, but at least it let me log in and apply my rewards. There are major issues with this update that need to be addressed. It keeps logging me out and I get error messages when I try to do just about anything with my cart.
For the last few months, whenever I open the app, I get an error and I’m logged out. Try to view something, I get an error and need to refresh for it to work. Can we make it logged in by default all the time or uses face recognition? I haven’t used the app for months as it’s a hassle…
