Revintake is a waiting room check-in app for healthcare providers and their care centers using RevolutionEHR.

When patients arrive to the waiting rooms/registration area, they dread filling out a bunch of forms on a clipboard.
Revintake creates a 21st century experience for patients with its digital, patient registration app that not only replaces the clipboard but also delights patients with its intuitive, simple to use app.

Patients can self check-in and complete registration by:
- snapping pictures of their ID and insurance cards
- answering all pertinent questions about their health
- review all forms and e-sign
