## Revity CU Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Logging in"
The app has & will always be LOW tier… Is it that hard to keep apps running properly? Constant bugs/crashes preventing me from even loading the app.
-- MurphVeeLee, 2025-04-26

### *---- "Lack Luster"
This application lacks functionality, is unreliable, and is poorly optimized. You’re better off using their website.
-- J0hnnySe7en, 2025-01-19

### *---- "Long term customer"
This app really needs to be reworked by a professional. Lacking majorly in functionality. For instance….Can’t even log in today and facing an overdraft fee now
-- Thomas Slaughter C, 2024-03-21

### *---- "No where to deposit checks on app"
When I downloaded my app I do not have to deposit button on my app.. this is super frustrating because I don’t love close to this bank anymore. I just want to deposit my check from the app.
-- minkie7, 2023-11-20

### ***** "Great app"
Great app for a great credit union
-- steph89127, 2023-07-25

### *---- "Can’t even use it"
This app won’t let me log in at all. I have to use the mobile web to log into the website that way. Annoying.
-- Abfromgc, 2023-04-25

### *---- "Awful"
This app is a still complete disaster. New update is horrible.
-- Tbff21, 2022-12-11

### **--- "App update."
The app was perfectly fine the way it was. This new update is absolute and complete trash. That’s all.
-- JayBrizz, 2022-11-23

### *---- "Garbage app that only works 1/3 of the time at best."
I’ve accumulated numerous overdraft fees because of this garbage app. You’re either immediately greeted by a black screen, or the app closes itself out whenever you try to navigate to the transfer tab. It inexplicably goes from working perfectly fine to being a complete dumpster fire — and best of all GCS refuses to hold themselves accountable for their shoddily coded program. GCS flagged my account as ‘suspicious’ because of the amount of times I’ve had to contact them regarding this nonsensical issue. I think it’s hilarious that they’d rather pass the blame onto their customers instead of correct their mistakes.

I’m pretty much convinced that the only way they’ve managed to stay in business is because 90% of their clientele are borderline geriatric patients with zero understanding or need for technology.

I detest major banks, but at this point I’d be better off shoving my money into a safe than entrusting it to these neanderthals.
-- Finbarr Houlihann, 2022-06-22

### *---- "App needs to be addressed"
This app is very hard to navigate and understand. It’s very basic yet unrefined, if you could get this squared away and up to par with the bigger banks you would have a lot happier customers.
