### **--- "App is Faulty"
This rating has nothing to do with gym itself as the gym that I attend is spacious and has a lot of good quality and new equipment; however the two reasons that peaked my interest about the app were;
1- Live Gym Counter
2- Don’t need a physical fob tag as you can use your phone.

The Live Gym Counter has never ever worked and always shows ‘9’ regardless of how many people are in the gym.

The scan in option takes a significant amount of time to load and use; and considering technology in 2025, this feels as something that should be instant and not standing there for 30seconds - 1 minute

Would like to use this app if it stopped crashing in the middle of a workout. I keep hoping it won’t crash but I am let down every time, loosing my workout.

It offers a lot in this app but when scanning in via the app there’s a significant lag for the scanner to detect location. Sometimes it doesn’t even work!
There’s also no ability for users to download payment record. There’s no contact number to call someone to email this. 
Emailing their support as it seems to be unmonitored.
Great concept but need the HQ to think further on how to support members when they need help.

The app has unlabelled buttons, you can't even find the live member account because it doesn't exist even though they say on the website "download the app for live member count". Obviously poor management and the app was not complete and still isn't months after its release. Disappointing. Why not leave the live member count on the website, at least until you finish the app? Management needs sacking.

The app is too slow to activate / load 
By the time it loads first time and then you wait for the ‘scan’ screen to load - 3-4 people have already walked past and entered by simply tapping the tag. 

Also, it would be good see the visit history; to know how many time a person went to the gym in 30 days, qtr, annually

This app has been amazing for tracking my workouts. However, if you forget to log a workout, it appears that you wont be able to add it after two weeks. While the app is very useful, it would be even better if the developers remove this time limitation for logging workouts.

After the last app update, I just get stock images of a guy in a blue apron and a woman in a white jumper where the menu selections should be?!?!

I’m not a fan of the new splash screen either and the distorted smiley face is weird.

Scan to enter and live counter functions are useful, haven’t bothered with any of the other stuff.

When the gyms are busy (when are they not), the app takes far too long to react, resulting in holding up traffic. There is also something that interferes with wifi in the gym so the app stops responding at certain times

Having a live counter helps decide if I should go to one gym over another. Its also fascinating to see the different trends of attendance at different times. Also the app can be used to scan in to enter the gym.

I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry a long time. Even have access at the clinic I work at.  But I find that my clients always ask me for help when I’m “off shift”, so I don’t get “me time” to practice what I preach. 

The Revo app is helping me get back on track, and hopefully will continue after my surgery in the coming weeks. I can log my workouts, check my points etc. The exercise list is extensive but doesn’t match the equipment, particularly with plate loaded machines and reformer Pilates. Pretty minor though.

The main issue I’m having is “How busy is my gym”, it is not updating to live times, it is staying on the same number. I’ve tried re-downloading etc but hasn’t changed.

i have checked the live member counter so many times in the last 24hours and it has the same numbers everytime like it isnt being updated. How often is this updated or does it need to be fixed. I went in to the gym today the counter said 24 memebers which it has been saying for nearly 2 days and there were alot more than 24 members in there.

It is an amazing app! However the “How busy is my gym” is not updating to live times. It is not only me. My friends are having the same problem. Have tried using guest, and reinstalling the app. No matter how early in the morning or late in the evening it will not update. It will say 50 people, when in reality there will only be 8 people. Please fix this.

This app has the potential to be fantastic and has some great features, but has rendered itself essentially useless if you have to sit through a 5-10 second loading screen between logging sets (2 minute down time?) or worse it scraps the workout you are completing and your progress halfway through.
