Have being using business revolut for 3 months, AIB made it so difficult to open an account we did this in the meantime and honestly don’t see any need to go back … all our payments are hand led through revolut and no issues so far

Folks do not sign up or subscribe to any free plans or card. It’s a trap. They trick you to sign up for trials and then you will end up paying for in order to cancel it. I never trust them and going to close my account
I got feed up with out dated business accounts and charges,with revolut I can track all expenses live and manage my money much better
Poor support
I have had the best experience with Revolut, I have opened business accounts in the North of Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the US! The agents I spoke to were so helpful! I would recommend this experience to everyone.
Have a Revolut business account, customer support non existent, avoid at all cost , they are wonderful at getting you signed up and then when you have problems they are worse than useless. I can only assume they are in free fall with cases of scams and do no have the staff trained to deal with it . Avoid at all cost .
Service is not as bank is telling. Only prolonged and no updated services will be provided. I am really disappointed with the bank and would not recommend based on my experience. In case of problems no updates from service or bank will be provided. As a customer you feel alone!
App in general is Ok, but it is very limited compare to normal Revolut. Obviously it need more features and integrations. However, the major issue is that if you change your phone it won’t work. It never recognises selfie. Worst is that on iPhone after 4-5 selfie failures it brings you to the screen to click to start conversation with support - but it doesn’t work! Literally does nothing. How to login? No one knows, you just lost access to business account with 0 support capability. Sorry to say - Revolut not really business ready yet
So easy to use and I haven’t explored service in full yet.
I’ve used IBB in the past and hated it. This is technically much better. And it’s cheaper. The Revolut app, the digital cards, separating funds are simple to use and all great, however this bank just does not provide full banking services and reports. This means I have to open a second business account in another bank to operate. It’s perfect as a secondary banking option. Response: thanks for the reply. This has already been raised with the Revolut team. They have informed us there are two reports/financial items so far that we need that they cannot provide… a mandate and no set off letter which are key to accessing grants and accessing public funds. Basically… any document that isn’t automatically created in the app they just won’t provide.
