Two days ago, I have been trying to log into my account, but every time I get a message saying that the phone number is wrong or the verification code is wrong, I think there is a big problem with this version
Ne fonctionne pas J’ai quite l’application deux minutes j’ai mis mon mot de passe et la rien ne se passe et je suis sure que c’est le bon mot de passe

Customer service and complaints department handled my complaint as if I as a customer didn’t matter. I lost more than £100 in fees due to them not sending my card on time and they simply refunded and cancelled the card which shows that lack of accountability. Very disappointed and when I request for a new card they have the audacity to charge again.
Not everything is free what they say.
You can’t close the close without transfer money, you can’t transfer money because it’s less then a £1. You have to add money to account to close it but you can’t add less then £10. Avoid.
Revolut restricted my account over a legitimate Zilch card, claiming they couldn’t "recognise" it. Support is being painfully slow and say that they will take up to 7 or even 9 days to review a quick simple issue, leaving me without access to my own money. This lack of urgency and poor handling is unacceptable. Be cautious—your account can be frozen for no good reason! Update its day 4 and they still cannot check 1 Zilch payment of £3. Imagine what they do with real money. Update, day 7, I sent them everything I have about Zolch to unlock my account, they are still resolving something really small and simple as Zilch. Update, day 9, still no response from them. Update, day 11. I am still waiting for any response to resolve the restriction. Guys, day 15, still no response. This company is the worst. They are keep giving me excuses that they sorting everything as quickly as possible. I am sorry, but how over 14 days of review can be asap? Revolut’s service is disappointing and poorly researched. Despite UK’s shift to eVisas from 1 January 2025, the app still demands outdated BRP cards, ignoring recent immigration law changes. This oversight shows a lack of consultation with specialists and reflects negligence. This is the second instance of subpar service, leaving me deeply dissatisfied.
