I wanted to buy shoes online. Instead of the 22.000HUF charged online, the site deducted 34.000HUF. Revolut did not ask for transaction confirmation with a single-use card. Obviously I would not have bought it that way. The transaction is pending, as I suspected fraud, I immediately contacted customer support to cancel the transaction before it was transferred to the merchant. Even with a police report in my possession, they can't do anything about my case. What do you think I should do in this situation?

Promóciós linkkel regisztráltam, amivel azt ígérték, hogy kapni fogok 8500 forint jóváírást. Minden feltételt teljesítettem, a pénzt nem kaptam meg, majd mikor megkérdeztem, hogy mégis miért, az ügyfélszolgálat lerázott annyival, hogy ők nem látják a rendszerben, hogy a promóciós linkkel regisztráltam volna. Értem, tehát tudok az akcióról, de nem élek vele, inkább regisztrálok ingyen, nagyon életszerű. A hibát más is jelezte a promóciós link alatt, nem érdekli őket. A pénzemre is így vigyáznának?

Revolut is pretty solid, but it could use a small tweak to make it even better: the ability to rearrange or reorganize accounts on the home screen whenever we want. It’d be awesome to have the "All Accounts" as the first tab or set the home screen to show the currency of the country I’m in. This way, I could easily track my spending without having to scroll or swipe through multiple pages. It'd be a real time-saver and make managing my finances a lot smoother at a glance.
