If your staff dont know the rule just layoff them. In Ireland IRP card always valid for one year this is the rule. After applying loan and then reject loan application on the ground that IRP card is less than the term of loan. How silly anyone can. Zero rating from my side. Rightnow going close my account. Thanks
Told sort out being hacked myself
Absolutely disgraceful company/ banking institution!!! My personal account was hacked brought this to their attention and was told to deal with it myself that they weren’t going to help!! To then receive an email of cancellation of my account with no help or updates about my stolen money! Customer service who could care less about the serious issue of being hacked..all faith lost in them and their highly incompetent staff….if only I could leave zero stars I would
