App is great

Whilst the app is great. The support I got for the chat support was miraculously horrible. Took 1 hour with 3 persons that takes and average of 5 mins to respond to every reply I gave them. It’s like being a Baton passed around and ended up in a bin. No resolution at all and that kinda weird considering the app is called RESOLUT.

Freezes and Declines my googke drive subscription

All the Apple and Google store Regular subscription unable to use and caused disruption to my icloud drive and google drive service

Passcode Request Overtime.

Require passcode overtime while reading on revolut in app content. It’s Ridiculous.

Useless app. Unable to exchange

What a useless app it has become. Unable to convert my money despite restarting multiple times. Absolutely useless.

Technical issue - connecting to internet

Somehow my app stopped connecting to internet and I cannot do anything now! Super fraustrated, while all my other app works perfectly. A digital bank has internet issue is the most hilarious thing I have ever heard. Now I cannot use the money in my card nor do anything, lol

Regular Apple subscription blocked and card frozen

Do NOT use Revolut on apple app store. I use Revolut for my apple app store and my dropbox yearly subscription was blocked and card frozen. All these prepaid cards are useless when compared to traditional credit card. I’m moving out of Revolut and will stop using it.
