Revolut is a great app!

Hi there, I'm from New Zealand and so far my experience with Revolut has not gone smooth due to me not being able to reiceve any crypto from outside of revolut. Whenever I click on reiceve in the crypto menu theres absolutely no given options for supported networks or options of crypto currency in general. I'm super shattered about this problem as I thought everything would work well for my first experience with Revolut, but it turns out it didn't. I hope use are able to fix this problem please. Thank you!

It is not letting me log in with anything

These guys took money out of my account without warning and said I was suspected of fraud I closed the account because of this and now BNZ is trying to send my money back to me but because I closed account it is literally impossible to get the money because Revolut doesn’t have a customer service number and the app isn’t that helpful, so yes it’s easy signing up with them but trying to get things sorted is impossible and they take money out of your account with no explanation except that your account is suspected of fraud????? Wtf

Do not sign up!!!! I tried opening an account today to get a one time use card for online shopping. It had me give out my information as well as upload my driver’s license. It said it was “successful” and a few minutes later Revolut sent me an email saying they did could not verify my account. I tried to sign in through the computer to chat with customer service but it did not allow me to login. I was able to login through the app and got to the customer chat with the “live agent” — this was definitely a bot and not a person. “She” was not reading any of my messages correctly and it took “her” 7 - 12 mins for “her to respond between EACH message. I asked her to delete my personal ID information that I uploaded and then close my account. When the bot finally understood what I was asking (after so many times of writing it) it said it won’t since it has the right to retain my information! I asked to be transferred to a manager and it took the “live agent” 12 minutes to answer me saying that it is in their policy and a manager can’t change that. I’ve just wasted so much time on this. Didn’t get what I needed and now a shady company has my personal details. WHAT A SCAM. Do not sign up!!!

On weekend, as soon as I regconised that I was scammed and transaction was still pending, I contacted support to cancel the transaction and get my money back but they refused to do so and let the scammer claim the money. Thats the worst experience I’ve ever suffered and its the first time ever I write a review because I feel really angry about the way they due with fraud. Even I manually accept the push but I asked to cancel because I am scammed but they let the scammer did their scam. Useless support!!

Really bad experience as i ordered the metal card for $19.99 and i ask them will i able to downgrade to free they said yes and when i get the card and wanted to downgrade the plan to free they said you have to pay $93.33 for just downgrading fee or use 12month with paying $19.99 each month for 12month. Otherwise pay the downgrading fee of $93.33 which i totally unfair amount. When i decided to pay this termination coz 12month paying them cost more then their system was saying that I don’t have that much in my account but have $100 in it and their representative responses was more the 20min time.

Be advised this is a total scam. The fake scam artists behind this will allow you to transfer money using your debit or credit card and then they will claim your account is frozen. At first they will claim the issue will be resolved in 3-12 hours. After this time is expired they will continue to extend the time of the so called “investigation” DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS APP

Great app, was a complete lifesaver when travelling overseas. Great to the point I now use it daily in NZ, but one thing I thought would be helpful for those who want to track their spending and save while using your app. Put an timer on the pockets, wdym? Well just say someone puts funds away into their pocket and doesn’t want to touch it for an X amount of time, but it’s still tempting to use and easily available. With a timer the user can set a timeframe to lock the pocket, making the app take another step to “helping people save”. If this feature exists and not available in NZ, then that was a waste of time 🤣 otherwise great app
