The postnatal program with a cult following in NYC can now be accessed from anywhere in the world. In these videos, Founder Rachel Welch, will guide you through three doctor-recommended phases : from healing your new-mom (or not-so-new-mom) body to getting you into the best shape of your life.

Phase 1:  Developed to heal your abdominal wall, pelvic floor and back muscles from the inside-out. Using breath based muscle activation, a soft foam roller and targeted butt, thigh and ab isolation exercises,  this 28-day program is your home base.

Phase 2:  The crucial lynchpin and Rachel's  secret sauce. Unlike anything else in the postnatal fitness world, Phase Two is the bridge you need to move beyond subtle, internal work into training for higher-intensity workouts.  

Phase 3: Rachel's Signature workouts. You’re now ready to challenge your strength and stamina, continue to lose weight, and get in the best shape of your life. Each Signature workout is a whole body experience, with a little extra focus on different body parts. 

Plus:  Mediation and restorative evening sequences and a full tutorial library where Rachel break's down the most common mom-related injuries and teaches you how to modify for each.

The Revolution Motherhood program has completely changed my life postpartum. As a new mom with historic injuries and chronic pain, I was lost and disconnected from my body when my PT recommended I try this program. 

The way that Rachel weaves education into her sessions and forces you go really learn about your body through her method is incredible. I’ve never felt more in tune with my body and capable. I have no fear that I am going to hurt myself from one of her workouts and know that it will always be a good one. 

She has workouts for every need. Even if it’s just 7 mins.  Even if it’s just foam rolling. 

I recommend this to all new moms and women in general.

I’d say Rachel’s program should be given to every mother when they’re discharged after birth, but I’d have benefitted from her education on core strength and building your body from the inside out even decades before I had a baby. This program is slow and steady and meets you where you’re at, and has so much to push you when you’re ready. I recommend it to everyone!
