Worst user experience in terms of KYC verification. One has to provide physical copies of all related KYC and yet somehow Revv's systems are unable to validate it. All the process is manual here. After waiting for 1 hour the booking got cancelled in the last minute.
I have used regularly without any issues. Pick up and drop facility is very convenient. However recently I had made a booking for a manual translation wanted to change it for automatic. However they want to charge ₹500 for a change of car. Even though the booking is after 24 hours this does not make sense to me but I guess everyone is trying to nickel and dim the customer to make a quick buck like the airlines or anybody else.
It was a very good experience and right from the start the delivery to support in extension of drive time to pick up was well coordinated. The vehicle was good and was well maintained.
I’ve been using Revv cars since last 7years and almost done 10 bookings with different cars and every time they have fulfilled all the expectations I have. Never delivered the car late, never faced any car problem. All the delivery persons I encountered all of them are polite and answers all of your questions. Cars are super quality and every-time you get nice and clean car I really recommend Revv car beyond any other self drive car application
We had booked a MUV but were provided a Hatch back. At the 11th Hour we get a call the car has been changed ,our plans went Haywire . Whoever spoke , had the audacity to tell us to cancel the entire holiday . He was not even feeling a little bit of Remorse . Since we had already booked everything and did not want to incur losses we went ahead with the Hatch back , REVV did not give us an option . Only silver lining was the Car that was provided was good and the Refund was Seamless .
They never give the car we book. Always change in last minute and they give false promises to make sure we don’t cancel.

My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by unfulfilled promises, poor vehicle conditions, and an utter lack of empathy in critical situations. It began with the assurance of a timely car delivery, specifically promised for 9.30 AM, aligning with my pre-booking request. However, the reality was starkly different. Despite their repeated guarantees, the car never arrived as scheduled. Instead, it arrived unacceptably late at 10.30 PM, squandering my entire day. To add insult to injury, the vehicle I received was in a deplorable state. The windshield was so opaque that night driving became perilous due to blinding light reflections. This hazard was compounded when I unfortunately had an accident. When I reached out for a replacement car, their response was shockingly callous—no exchange policy, no empathy, just a demand to return the car, effectively ending my subscription after a single day's use. For a considerable sum of 57,000 INR, I anticipated service and support worthy of the price. Instead, I found myself grappling with an accident-prone car for nearly a month. When it came time to return the vehicle, they further displayed their lack of flexibility by demanding its return a day earlier than agreed upon, conveniently forgetting the day they wasted of mine. Despite my insistence, they refused to acknowledge our initial conversation or provide any recourse beyond strict adherence to their system, leaving me no choice but to comply or face additional charges for late delivery. My hope in sharing this is simple: spare yourself the turmoil and steer clear of REVV Car. Their initial promises dissolve into disappointment, and their service is marred by a flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge you to explore alternatives that prioritize integrity, reliability, and customer care. Thank you for taking the time to read about my unfortunate experience. I believe every consumer deserves better, and it's crucial to shed light on service providers who fall egregiously short of meeting these basic expectations.
Not even a half star for this stupid app This is very bad app and they’re doing spams with the customers. And there won’t be proper support services from this app. Recently I have tried this app by booking a car, they’ve sent some other different car which is costlier than what I have booked and they didn’t even inform anything about this previously. And they told they’ll be charging the same amount for the higher variant car. After completing the trip they’ve charged more amount than what has to be charged. I have tried calling their customer support several times. Each and every time they’ve explained different things and different amounts for each and everything. There’s no proper service from them. Initially they’ve told less amount and after if the amount whatever I have paid including the security deposit is not rounding then they’ll tell sorry sir one mistake and after that they’ll tell new calculation which will wave off the amount whatever I have paid to them. Their motive is only to take more money from the customers and nothing else. Better go for some other apps. This is such a spam and worst. @revv for your reference the booking Id : 11454308.
No proper information. Revv’s agent continuosly called and pushed me to book a car saying it will not be available. Even after I booked the car is available. Their app didn’t show my booking even after I paid. There is a limit on kms even on subscription. So it was wrongly advertised that subscription is like owning a car without hassle of maintenance. The car delivered to me has full of scratches and they found two scratches saying that I did it and charged for it. They gave a contract in the last minute when I was in hurry and asked me to sign it. The limit on kms is somewhere hidden in last pages in the contract and they quote that when I questioned about kms limit. So, think twice before subscribing with these guys. The price you see is not what you will be paying. You’ll have to shell out a lot more.
