I truly didn’t know I needed this app in my life! I was able to pay for it through my FSA, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve learned so much about healthy eating, and as someone who isn’t much of a cook, the recipes have been incredibly helpful. I love that it tracks what I’ve consumed and highlights areas where I need improvement, like getting more fiber. It really feels like the complete package!
