## RG&E Reviews in United States

### ***** "Simplicity"
I like the app, easy to navigate.
-- CJB2397, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Don’t setup auto pay"
Had RG&E pull out double payments through auto pay. They have done this to multiple family and friends. They will then refuse to give your money back and give it to you as credit.

### ***** "Very nice app"
Good and quick
-- Hatou Marabout, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Absolute trash"
Rge should be turned over and gutted for they do to their customers. Absolute disgrace. I don’t know how their CEO sleeps at night.
-- Hellosforce, 2024-12-20

### ***** "Simple Easy"
When you have your access credentials correct, very simple and easy process.
-- Abdullahshabazz, 2024-12-20

### ***** "Good"
Praise God, I was able to pay it this month
-- D. Denice, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Abysmal App Update"
The app was updated and now I cannot schedule or change the date of my payments.

Typical RGE doing stupid things. There is barely a half brain cell in their entire operation.

Send out another email with the wrong Rochester again to apologize :)
