## RGPro Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Utterly awful u/i"
It works, but it’s clunky and basically feels like the internet in 1998. App needs to take up entire viewport, larger text, bigger buttons, and support for adding member pass to digital wallet as just to get to 3 stars. Graphic design improvements and bespoke gym branding will get it to 5.
-- pwflint, 2025-01-02

### **--- "Wonky"
What's the point of having an app if it's all just hyperlinks? Pretty pointless other than using my barcode which even then has its issues. Not to mention how plain and ugly the entire interface is.
-- Raynellee, 2024-09-25

### *---- "Can’t book classes on occasion because my gym chose this software"
Every now and then the reservation flow will continually return me out to the home page before I’m able to reserve a spot in a class. Fix this one bug and I’d give it 5 stars. Others seem to be reporting the same.
-- Flexighoul, 2024-07-08

### *---- "Terrible app"
It’s amazing that an app can be so simple and yet so convoluted and ugly
-- Dart31415, 2024-04-17

### *---- "Barely functions"
After months of regular use, I was signed out and can’t log back in. The app is looping in the login screen.
-- Segasaiyan, 2024-03-22

### *---- "App UI interface is garbage"
app ui interface is garbage. Who wrote this app???
-- nemu_, 2024-03-04

### ****- "Easier than booking on web"
This isn’t as bad as people are making it out to be. It’s a lot easier to book classes here, under 30 secs, than on the website (movement website is super glitchy via mobile). Sure the user interface could use some work, and it’d be nice to see all classes in a week or month on one screen instead of flipping thru each day, but you take what you can get
-- Pickless91, 2023-04-16

### ***** "Works for me"
Not the prettiest app, but it lets you do what you need to. Seems stable on my end
-- kmorton15, 2023-04-03

### *---- "So frustrated"
It is difficult to express how bad of a product this is.
Every time I use RGPro (on mobile, desktop, iPad) I am stunned by how poorly it works and how terrible the user experience is. If I could give this zero stars I would.
-- rgbro come on, 2022-12-11

### *---- "Super glitchy"
I have reloaded this app repeatedly. It keeps disallowing me to enter my password. It cycles back to ask me home gym. Very frustrating.
