QR Scan

Camera get blur every time want to scan for any QR code. It's more than 5 months I can't use duitnow. Please help to fix the issue.

Frustrating app

I have never had the privilege to use the app and limited to only viewing my account balances. It is so frustrating that i could not perform any transactions on the app. I have always been receiving this message “There seems to be slight issue in setting up your account. You will not be able to perform transactions. Please login again to retry” for the past one year. N i do not want to call the customer service because they are not technically experience and shall only advice me to reinstall, believe me this does not work! Please identify the issue, other banks app is running well n RHB is still fixing basic issues which could be acceptable if it is like 15 yrs back.

烂到要死！明明输入正确的资料却无法登入叫我输入户口号码或卡号居然说我写错！到底想怎样！要不是loan是RHB 我才不用！

Payment car loan

Pls if you seeing this, please listen to me. Why my car loan deducted 2 time at the same month ? In the agreement is limit payment is 5hb. But why deduct my money like that? How can i trust this bank. Veryyyy bad . That things call “standing instructions” if i know about this early i wont choose this bank for my car loan. Right know i already submit for terminated “standing instructions” that also too much work on it .. still waiting approval form. Pls terminate that thing on my bank account.
