This app is available for all RHB corporate users in Malaysia and Singapore with the CFO role (Data Entry/Maker, Reviewer, Authorizer, Inquirer, Multi Roles, and Super ID) which have already been on-boarded on the RHB Reflex secure website.There will be no need for a separate onboarding or further maintenance control. Tutorial on youtube also not the latest, suggest to remove. Looking for corporate Id, user id, pin and security token are like a treasure hunting. Apps not support for first time login. But need the secure token from the apps for first time login setup. Hence, need to switch in between web browser and apps. Not sure why as a corporate setup we need a 12 hours cooling period. Understand it may due to security concern. But 12 hours izzit too long? And i believe the cyber security placing in post application is not that effective.
