Introducing the all-new RHB Reflex mobile app. Providing you with the flexibility of getting your account balance information and ability to authorize payment transactions on-the-go.
This app is available for all RHB corporate users in Malaysia and Singapore with the CFO role (Data Entry/Maker, Reviewer, Authorizer, Inquirer, Multi Roles, and Super ID) which have already been on-boarded on the RHB Reflex secure website.There will be no need for a separate onboarding or further maintenance control.
App Features:
• View all RHB accounts that are owned by the corporate and it’s subsidiaries under a single portfolio.
• Search and view ‘Transaction History’ for past payment transactions which had been performed on a corporate account.
• Search and view all pending payment authorizations based on transaction type under 'Tasklist’.
• View all status of transactions with details, payment advices, and transaction activities under ‘Transaction Status Inquiry’.
• View all accounts’ closing balance from ‘End-of-Day Balance’.
• Get the latest foreign exchange rate information from ‘Exchange Rates’.
• Manage your outlets and cashiers, generate QR payment codes, receive real-time QR payment notification, and view QR payment transaction history with DuitNow QR

Easy to use
Very easy to use. This apps need to be work with 2 devices in same time I usually open rhb reflex in laptop and using this apps to scan or get token to enter. Very secure and easy to use

Can’t open the app even undated with latest version
The most worse app
Already Update the latest version but when I open the app keep asked me update the latest version..what the stupid app!!!waste my time..I have many payment need to pay!!now need to delay..pls do sometime
Stupid and rubbish apps
After update to latest version totally could not login. Keeps pop-up ensure you are using latest version… duh!! I did update to the latest and this happen… 🤬
Most superbly useless app
Difficult to use and bit complicated. The order of login, the IT guy did not think through. How can I excess the token password in the login page. Stupid IT guy and management who approve the app without thinking through
Improve your duration to receive payment receipt
It is very frustrating you can’t receive your payment receipt after instant transfer etc. It takes 2-3 hour sometimes even a day to receive official payment receipt from rhb. It is really inefficient for company to use. Please improve. Thanks
