Password

I think it is stupid that I have to change my password.. I don’t like the fact you make me change it. I pick a password I like and would like to keep that one. Very upsetting that you make me change it.

Amazing

I titled this amazing because every time I come into the bank I get amazing customer service even if I’m upset about some thing. I will never use another credit union I love the employees that work there everyone is kind and gracious merciful and understanding so many things have happened for me because of RIA I love you so much more than you will ever understand thank you for all you do for me to make my life easier thank you for trusting me when you give me alone thank you from the bottom of my heart Shona

Dependability

It is always working! Our RIA is one of a kind. Thanks for being here. I love R.I.A. , their staff are friendliest ever. The know you by name I love my credit union

Mobile check

I would like to see the amount increase for mobile check deposits. Other local credit unions allow up to 3500$. That would save me a trip to the branch once a month.

Lots of glitches

Sometimes the app won’t work at all, specifically on the weekends when the bank is not open. Balances and transactions are not always up to date and the app will put the money you just spent back into your account to take it out again. Not sure if the bank is trying to overdraft customers accounts or what.

I LOVE this app!

The RIA is way ahead of their fellow credit union competitors with their app. It makes managing bills and accounts super easy. Love this app.
