The app itself and the workers on call are super confusing and/or frustrating. The calls are prolonged by readdressing information, spelling, etc... Of course it will take longer than the app but it shouldn’t take too long for something that takes one second. The annoying part is when they ask you whether you have the app or not which is unnecessarily, I wouldn’t be calling if the app is available. Moving onto the app itself it’s direct and easier to work with rather than calling people. The catch is it’s not easy to keep up with. When you book a ride everything you need to know - drivers/ car info time and pickup. There has been numerous amounts of times that I booked a street(an exact corner) and the app picks a different location. What’s the point of filling out location if you’re going to use a different one. Last but not least the app can be laggy.
