In reality, your booking is submitted at that time and the driver could take 2 minutes or 20+ minutes. If you have somewhere to be at a certain time, find a different way to get there. -- hayeau, 2022-09-22 ### *---- "Taxi was 25+ mins late" Ordered a cab for 1:45. At 1:55 they hadn’t arrived and the app said they were 17 mins out. I tried calling and couldn’t get a dispatcher. That’s unacceptable. I had a connection to catch that I would miss if I had waited. Had to find alternate transport. -- Norssforu, 2022-07-10 ### *---- "Impatient drivers" Driver got mad that I couldn’t go through oncoming traffic -- Yaaaaaas boiiiiiiii, 2021-12-29 ### *---- "Terrible service" This app is garbage and the service isn’t much better. Booked a ride an hour earlier everything was good. Time for pickup and a driver couldn’t be found and trip cancelled. My elderly parent and I were stranded for a long time in fairly cold temperatures. We called dispatch and they were no help and redirected us to a cab company that had no one working 😳 if Uber had disability accessible vehicles they put regular taxis out of business because this is totally unacceptable. -- Big MattGD, 2021-12-26 ### ***** "Best service" I like this app get taxi more faster than ever -- rippybrar, 2021-07-11 ### *---- "terrible" terrible service -- EdenHall, 2019-12-13 ### ***** "Simple and effective" The app worked fine. Was straightforward to use. I have location services off but just used the map to locate my points. -- Blibblabblublab, 2019-11-10 ### *---- "Server unavailable" If they are going to promote their app, they need to fix their app problem. Unable to book from the app for over a year. Company’s server unavailable. Get on it, Richmond Taxi! -- Uselesskgm, 2019-11-04 ### ***** "Is nice" Is actually pretty nice app to use, no problems with it after 1+ year of use -- drama_free, 2019-10-18 [View all Richmond Taxi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Richmond Taxi - [Vancouver Taxi: Yellow Cab](https://apptail.io/app/vancouver-taxi-yellow-cab-cOt/canada) - [X-ING](https://apptail.io/app/x-ing-QiOb/canada) - [Vancouver Transit Live](https://apptail.io/app/vancouver-transit-live-aQCc/canada) - [Bel-Air Taxi](https://apptail.io/app/bel-air-taxi-pfrd/canada) - [Royal City Taxi](https://apptail.io/app/royal-city-taxi-IiOd/canada) - [AC Taxi](https://apptail.io/app/ac-taxi-UiOd/canada) - [Delta Surrey Green Cab](https://apptail.io/app/delta-surrey-green-cab-ZfUj/canada) - [Surrey Metro Taxi Guildford](https://apptail.io/app/surrey-metro-taxi-guildford-Sljo/canada) - [Bonny's Taxi](https://apptail.io/app/bonnys-taxi-CZap/canada) - [Maclure's Cabs.](https://apptail.io/app/maclures-cabs-fUvp/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
