## Rick Stein Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Quick and easy"
Very easy to order and pay
-- Fourth user, 2023-09-25

### *---- "Missing item"
Missing item
-- morganasmic, 2023-05-03

### *---- "Useless"
What a rubbish app - have deleted and installed three times but each time - go to book a table and it only shows Padstow - zoom around the map and nothing - trying to use location service but total fail! Did anyone test this?
-- Prefuse57, 2023-03-02

### **--- "The app seems to work great but what a rigmarole to get some fish and chips!!"
The app seems to work great but what a rigmarole to get some fish and chips!!
-- What a rigmarole!, 2022-10-25

### *---- "Mr Taylor"
App was difficult and long winded why have a security code on top of having a password. Trying to order food not launch a nuclear strike.
-- Darranjt, 2022-10-16

### *---- "Rubbish"
Far too complicated and couldn’t be bothered so went elsewhere.
-- Radiccio2012, 2022-08-22

### ***** "Service"
Always great service at Fistral, Ben is particularly helpful and friendly.
-- zoe machin, 2022-06-23

### *---- "Rick Stein Fistral Beach 29.05.2022"
Having enjoyed this restaurant before (pre-COVID) we came to eat this evening.

It has taken us over an hour to order supper for 4 - significantly longer if you include the time it took to book the table, and throughout the whole time tables have sat empty.

The staff are welcoming but the process to order is a long winded nightmare.

The experience of popping in for a nice fish & chips (total time c. 30 minutes) which we have done very happily many times before has been replaced by a completely bizarre, slow, and unhelpful process that will inevitably mean that we shall come less often in the future.

One can only assume that the savings in staff costs suit the business owners. There is nothing wrong with that per se but as a previously happy customer over many years it is a great shame!
-- RPP71, 2022-05-29

### *---- "What happened to go old fashioned personal service?"
We have akready wasred 30 mins downloadibg apps and trying to work out how to order. What happened to a warm fruendly welcome and custoner service?
The old way and beibg able to pay cash has been truly lost abd frustrated our holidayday experience
-- Freelance bob, 2022-04-22

### *---- "Disappointed customers"
WiFi in the restaurant doesn’t work, the mobile signal is weak so really difficult to download the app. The app keeps cutting out due to the phone signal. Really painful ordering experience. You need to sort this out or continue to get poor reviews.
