I wish Rider management can reverse to the old interface of their App, lots of things are wrong with this new one , no way to verified passenger names and details , driver can not change and update to their new car the old car details would still be displaying lastly pls try and work your support system they aren’t reachable

Doing great but increase the fare

The high price of vehicle part and fuel is really traumatizing (90%) high now. Increase the fare more to encourage the drivers to keep pushing!

Your app is the least functional app among others

I'm beginning to think you people are the ones who order drivers yourselves because I get a request and even before I open it I see trip unavailable for like 10 or more requests straight. That's gotta be a problem, right?

RIDA THE BEST APP

I love the app because it’s getting better than bold and uber, inDrive is no where close to Rida at all. The fact that no penalty for cancellation makes Rida the best.please create a way of messaging passengers not until passengers does. Also create a way of calling via online on the app like bolt does. RIDA IS THE BEST 👍👍👍👍👍
