I scheduled a ride to work early this morning, and initially the driver was only 5 minutes away. However, she suddenly switched to over 20 minutes away, which caused me to be late for work. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue with this particular driver. I have reported similar incidents multiple times, yet the problem persists. This repeated behavior is highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given the impact it has on my punctuality and reliability at work. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to upper management and addressed immediately. Credit card info cannot be removed once added! 🚩" Once you add a payment method such as a debit/credit card, YOU CANNOT REMOVE IT. App does NOT verify identity and offers no ability to create a password. Your account can be accessed by anyone who downloads the app and inputs your phone number and who can access the code sent to that number. This app allows you to sign up with all your personal info but never verifies any of it and offers no password protection of your own. I called and requested my payment method be removed since I couldn’t create a password, the customer service agent had a foreign accent, and she said there’s no way to remove it. That detail should be disclosed before someone adds their financial details. I would not have added my card had I know. Any other website, you can add/remove payment method; I’ve never see this before, ever! It’s unsettling. I will be reporting this company to BBB of Michigan and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
