I was there 20 mins early and waited more than half an hour. Bus didn’t show up and called customer care , they said they can’t help or refund money , and they told me bus left already .this put me a difficult situation as I have to catch my flight from Kitchener airport with in 2 hours. I had to call uber cab and spent around 150 Dollars .
