RideLink allows you to do firmware update for Giant Power Pro and CycloSmart.
RideLink allows you to view your power data including pedal balance, force angle and calibration. RideLink also makes it easy to update your firmware.
Connect with Giant Power Pro
After pairing with your Giant Power Pro, you can view all this data in the RideLink app. The RideLink can connect with BLE-compatible heart rate straps to also show HR data for a complete overall view of your workout performance effort.
Connect with Giant Smart Trainer
After pair with Giant Smart Trainer, you can view immediately cycling data, adjust the resistance level and update firmware by the RideLink app. Also the RideLink app can connect with BLE compatible HR belt and cadence sensor to show heart rate and cadence data to see your overall workout performance.
Use RideLink to calibrate and update the firmware before your ride with Power Pro. This will ensure that all data output is accurate.
Workout data is saved in the RideLink app. You can also forward ride data via email to evaluate your ride performance and make future training adjustments.
Note: RideLink is compatible with all devices running iOS 9.0 or newer.

Apple watch os 10 with Giant Halo Power meter(No cadence)
I recently bought a Giant Power Halo to capture datas on Apple Watch(OS10) I have updated to 1.1.3 App keeps asking me to update to 1.1.3 the power meter already 1.1.3! Apple watch can not capture Cadence at all but only Power which is not right since power meter has cadence sensor which I can see on RideLink app And also there is no option to calibrate nor set crank lengths on Apple watch
Will not open
After recent update app will not open, even after deleting and reapplying.. disappointed
Used to be good but crashing now
Crashing even after latest bug fix. Please resolve asap!
Needs more functions
Latest version and current model MY20 power pro, it would be really handy to have a bias feature to be able to bias or a scale factor to have my power numbers a little closer to my kickr and other power meters for consistency. (Such as the 4iiii scale factor)
Drop out
App drops out more times than it works. Very frustrating. As per previous reviews, needs an auto save.

Disappointed that the RideLink app dropped out 50km into my ride. This app needs an auto save or quick recovery feature. I’ve had 3 rides with it, but have lost 1 and half of another. It would be nice if it recorded an average cadence as well.

Was successfully able to update the firmware and calibrate the power pro power meter. Happy with the app so far.
