## Ridenjoy Description
ABOUT RIDENJOY (BETA)

Ridenjoy is an active mobility lifestyle app that makes active travel (cycling, walking) safer and more enjoyable for all.

It provides location-based services (Joy Stops), augmented reality (AR) gamification (Joy Beacons) and phygital event challenges (cycle islandwide to collect geo-located Joy Points).

WHY USE RIDENJOY?

- Navigate safely : Cycle on park connectors and cycling paths island-wide instead of cycling on busy public roads in Map mode

- Community-powered digital map : Report incidents like otters and other wild-life, bike accident, fallen tree, potholes, ponding and more

- SOS hot-button : Hit the emergency button if you need help from others

- Plan Trips: Use Key Information for Cyclists (KIC) such as water coolers, bike paths, bike kiosks to plan your routes and rest-stops

- Discover : Stay updated with latest active mobility laws and regulations

- Events: Take part in location-based challenges

- Recommended : Visit Joy Beacons locations to take AR selfies

- Enjoy: Visit Joy Stops businesses for freebies and discounts

What is RIDEnjoySG

RIDEnjoySG has three categories : Open, Sportive and Family.
Free to play, no purchases and no wearables needed.

The goal is to cycle around Singapore to collect as many Joy Points as possible over 80 days and continue to level up on the Leaderboard.

Top finalists qualify for a Final showdown in March.

Sportive and Family contestants cycle on safe and scenic park connectors and cycling paths only. Open category caters to road cycling and contestants cycle on a Round-the-island (RTI) route on public roads.

Rules and regulations are available on the Event Sign-up pages and on official website www.ridenjoy.sg

Note: Apple is not a sponsor or in any way involved in RIDEnjoySG and Ridenjoy's events.

## Ridenjoy Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Lousy app that is laggy a buggy"
The app is very laggy and buggy. Cannot even use Facebook authentication even option is available. Location search takes forever to load.
-- Lionel12375, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Map is not working for iPhone"
After many many months, the map is not working. Is an useless app for iPhone.

### **--- "Map not loading"
Seems like there are a lot of features and even new events, but the map does not load
-- hazy_23, 2024-07-01

### *---- "Waste of time"
After two years now the maps cant load. If i could give it zero stars or negative stars i would. Runs in the background, doesn’t load maps, horrible experience. Am deleting it. Oh consumes battery juice like a vampire.
-- SuperDrive, 2024-04-09

### *---- "Unable to load map"
The app sounds promising. Just when I am so excited to use it, the map load forever. Just blank.
:(
-- jabfirbskan, 2024-03-18

### *---- "Cannot View Map"
Not 100% sure if it’s a bug but kept having the error of not being about to retrieve from OneMap and I was not able to find cycling route.
-- A5h12345, 2023-12-18

### *---- "Don’t download. Eats your battery like anything"
This app keeps on running in the background, hasn’t been optimised for background usage limiting. I’ve turned off background usage still it runs. Developers you should look into this immediately.
-- DJ VITY, 2023-05-10

### *---- "Can’t log or sign up"
Has the app stopped? When I turn on the app this morning it don’t seemed to load and I tried logging out and re-login I can’t. Message state something like the opt can’t be found.
-- 13YME, 2022-11-03

### **--- "Unable to register"
Hence unable to proceed to use the app 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Keep receiving error msg when there’s nothing wrong.
