## RideNow Description
Travel around Cyprus without any problems!

RideNow is a fast and easy way to rent a car from 1 minute to 1 day.

Your car is already waiting for you nearby. Just unlock it through the app.

Complete your rental at any free parking space in Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos or Limassol in the home area shown in the application.

Fuel, taxes, insurance and limited liability in case of an accident are already included in the price of your stay.

To register through the app, you need: 
(1) a driver's license, 
(2) an ID or passport, and 
(3) a credit or debit card. 

We welcome drivers of all ages and from anywhere in the world!

So i have been using this app for over 2 years. All the time was buggy but in the last year it was getting better. So the last time i used it, it was showing me error that the ignition was still on. Sadly i couldn’t contact support in the night because it is closed. In the morning when i was trying to resolve the issue they charge me 78 euro. I contact support and i told them that was an error from their app but she refund me 35 euro. It is very disappointing because i am doing the same route for a long time and i was paying 15 euro. But because of this error i was extra charged. It doesn’t matter to them if you have been a customer for the last 2+ years. Literally i have spent on this app over 1,5 k a year and it seems that they do not care at all even if it was an app error. Very disappointed!!

Been with RN for more than two years now. Their customer service over WhatsApp is very quick and responsive. The app is user friendly and easy to use. Also, they send a no-claim document upon request for car insurance purposes. Overall it’s an amazing service and I definitely recommend it for both locals and tourists.

I have paid for 24h and then you come and charge me 20 euros for every 80 Km?! 
It is already expensive enough to pay for the service for some and the additional charges does not help the company to keep a good face for the customers. 
This kind of behaviour shows that they dont care about the customers using their services but instead it shows me how money-hungry they can be. 

The bugs of the app does not help their case either. This problem has been reported plenty of times but still there are times that the payment wont go through or the app will just block you. The support doesn’t work after 8 and they take their sweet time to respond 

I will give credit where credit is due you can find the cars anywhere in the city (mostly in the central area)

I am waiting for your customer support to reply me, I didn’t have a lot of money on my card and after you charge me at least 100€  I was not able to start the car so I spend an hour next to a dead car util someone put money on my card. Unbelievable! You already charge me for 24hours car rental. Worst experience you could have. I am waiting for explanations and compensations from the this company. If you are owner or manager contact me!
