I’m using carsharing from RideNow for a while, it’s always like a lifesaver, but you can evaluate service only in critical situations. So my situation was like that. I forgot my scooter in the car and find out it after couple of hours. Car was reserved by other costumer. Thanks good support manager answered me in non working hours and open car, so I’m happy, because my scooter saved and the very end of story is good. Thanks to the team, you are great! Good look for all of you guys!

the service often does not work, when you make a reservation, you withdraw money, and as a result, you can’t take the car, it says the service doesn’t work, but it counts the money.

After I booked a car, it shows service unavailable. And I can’t use the app. The number which is “kinda” support, is not working. Apparently one out of the worst car sharing app.

One of the best products I’ve ever used. The app works smoothly, 20 min of reserve to get to a car, 5 min to observe the condition and a quick start of the rent. Park where you wish witching the designated area and lock the doors. So good and convenient!

It could be good if it works. Fix the bugs! There are 3 times in a row when app is not responding with message “service is unavailable“ no matter how many times I reload the app. As a result I take a taxi.

App is down at 5 am, when I needed to go to the airport, support works since 8 am. When the app works there are no cars around without walking 30-40 min most of the time I want to use carsharing. So the service is not available:/
