Not ok when you need the time at a moments notice. Not only that, but you have manually tap after it’s “loaded” to see the times…why??? Half the time it’s not responsive to even do that. The MTA app does this in seconds, get it together PATH it’s 2024. Update: sent feedback on the app itself. Almost 2025, nothing was fixed. PATH app engineering team ran by monkeys with a degree from a questionable college. Missed the train again because I didn’t know which train was departing first. Would’ve been fine if app just worked and loaded on time. Can’t believe I’m saying this but the NYC subway app does this far better by miles. If there are notifications of delays why can’t the schedule accurately reflect the next train? It’s infuriating to wait 30-40 when the train should have arrived according to the app long ago. It would be great if the service only notified us an hour or so before and after we commute. Real-time train updates do not reflect reality, the whole path System spends way too much time, money and resources on improving lighting and tiling at individual stations, and not enough on efficiency of trains and scheduling.
