this app is ridiculous and i hate that i have to keep using it. it makes me walk extra and unnecessary miles to the next bus stop even if there’s one less than two minutes away. i don’t want to screw up my plans so of course i listen to the map and it ends up leaving me stranded in the dark after a 9 hour shift in the cold as a young 19 year old female. its ridiculous what ive been through with this app for years and i have no choice but to keep with it because i have to get around somehow. its ridiculous! ridiculous! ridiculous!!!!

Security guard on Charleston bus around 9:20 made a inappropriate comment about me not wearing enough clothes saying “how are you not cold” made me super uncomfortable I had to call my mother
What is the point of public transportation if buses are always 30 min away
Garbage public transportation. Why buses on the strip is 30 min apart? Total waste of time.
Ignorant people
The people who run the RTC and this app are ignorant and disrespectful towards the customers. Nothing is updated or accurate. Unacceptable
Bus driver
RTC have a new Bus Driver and He’s Hispanic.He arrives on time to Bus stop and He waits inside the bus for a long time even until after the time to start the travel.All the bus drivers should start every travel on time.
Application steals
I have a 30 day pass but the application logs me out and now says I have to wait four months before I can log in huge scam.
Had a great experience during our short trip
Was pretty easy to use and very affordable for trips around the strip and back to airport 👍🏽 the bus was always super cold and drivers were nice. App never had any hiccups during our short stay.
Drivers
Even though they have the baddest drivers in the city, they are also aggressive.
Rtc bus
Rtc is very never on time, limit buses. Most of the time is crowded and group cannot get on. Rtc claim 15 minutes but it will take longer than 35 minutes wait
