## Rides on Demand Reviews in Canada

### ****- "Easy and efficient"
This app connected me with a bus and the driver was friendly. Got me to work on time. I will say the notifications were not on time (it didn’t tell me he was there, I saw from window) and it told me my ride was arriving when I had already arrived at work. They also don’t record that I’ve taken the ride on my app. Hope they iron that out.

### ***** "New in Prince Edward County"
This app is not perfect but what a gift for Prince Edward County!

For those who need to get around without a car, you can’t get anywhere anytime with this, but if you’re flexible, you can find rides!

This is a big change.
-- Moosebear07, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Not available to students from other countries"
I have complained about this many times. Called people at the city many times as well. I host students from all over the world and they often do not speak good English. This app is not available to them and calling 311 often results in misunderstandings. I currently have a student from Japan with an iPhone and she cannot use the app.

### *---- "Utterly useless"
Completely unusable.
-- J bond1395, 2024-07-27

### *---- "Driver Issue"
The Driver didnt know the location of the streets and im just waiting for 20 minutes outside and its -25degree and i saw him he just pass by and i wait another minutes and after that he park on different street so i walked to his location. it should be pickup outside of my house. I wish i could give a rating less than 1 star. Its frustrating.

### *---- "Frustrating"
Please change the availability for download to all countries.
We host exchange students, and they have the HARDEST time downloading this app to use during their stay in Lethbridge!
As of right now, they have to create a brand new AppleID with Canada as their Country/Region, download it, then go back to their original AppleID.
This app is necessary for their time in Lethbridge, in order to get around. Thank you.

### *---- "Useless app"
It said my ride had arrived and was waiting to pick me up, but there was nobody there. No vehicle in sight. Wouldn’t let me cancel or request a new ride. Has been stuck on “arrived, departing soon” for twenty minutes now. This is one of many problems I’ve had with this app. Buses are fine, app is broken. I’m only going to schedule rides via phone call from now on as this app is totally useless and defected.

### ***** "Excellent app"
I have been using this app for over a year and a half. It is easy and strate forward to use.
