Using the EMS app, our Rightio engineers can access job details, start a new job and request an electronic signature, take notes on the job, complete risk assessments, take photos, close the job and take payment or pull for parts. Your rota or availability is also available to view on the EMS app. Logistics and back-office receive information directly from the app, eliminating the need for phone calls and waiting on hold, previously known for wasting precious time for the customer. All the engineer’s notes and photos are readily available for the team to access as soon as the job is completed. Our customers will benefit from the EMS app as well – job sheets will now be sent to their email address, ensuring a job sheet will never be lost again. Photos taken by engineers on site will help our Customer Services to provide better, fact-based resolutions, and payment for a completed job will only take seconds. The EMS app is a crucial step towards our goal to go green and reduce the amount of paper we use as a business. No more job sheets lost in the post guarantee faster payments, and with no trips to the post office, there is more time to sit back and relax after a long day at work. ## Rightio EMS Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/33/b9/a3/33b9a347-ad88-1a77-1991-afd7914b8b0e/0e6be98a-146e-40b5-affb-d747be1c7b5b_1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource125/v4/38/6c/98/386c98cb-217c-7577-7667-a948884a27e8/81ba8267-d722-4b82-a9bc-f17ee31f8eb5_2.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource125/v4/29/e0/28/29e028c6-383a-109a-2d05-ce937e689fbf/5fa3edaa-eef2-4f3f-88c4-9202743676cc_3.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/1d/fe/7e/1dfe7ef8-5f69-a09e-c3e3-274023f5234e/fc36c912-5a0f-4dd4-904a-e99e4107dc6b_4.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/e0/0f/01/e00f0160-7075-e68a-cf4b-b019e25a1232/9f22bf77-5b39-4b73-8d6b-d7af38246c9d_5.png/1284x2778.png) ## Rightio EMS Rating Breakdown in United Kingdom - 5 stars: 1 (13%) - 4 stars: 1 (13%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 6 (75%) ## Rightio EMS Reviews in United Kingdom ### *---- "They will underpay you." Joined as an electrician to try it out. Explained I would be unavailable for a few weeks while we completed a big job. Was assured that was fine and I would be paid as a 5* engineer when I started. Took a job, got paid as a 1* engineer. Rang up and explained, they admitted the mistake and refused to rectify. Not good people to deal with. Not how to build a working relationship with contractors. Won’t be risking letting them short change me again - have left the network. If you’re thinking about working with them, I wouldn’t bother. -- Alanusius, 2024-11-29 [View all Rightio EMS reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Rightio EMS - [Gas Rate Calculator & Guide](https://apptail.io/app/gas-rate-calculator-guide-kcd/united-kingdom) - [KANE LIVE](https://apptail.io/app/kane-live-qTA/united-kingdom) - [Kantan](https://apptail.io/app/kantan-HDN/united-kingdom) - [BigChange JobWatch](https://apptail.io/app/bigchange-jobwatch-uNQ/united-kingdom) - [Heat Engineer](https://apptail.io/app/heat-engineer-IWS/united-kingdom) - [Arthur Contractor](https://apptail.io/app/arthur-contractor-AKPb/united-kingdom) - [MyConstructor Pro](https://apptail.io/app/myconstructor-pro-ytYb/united-kingdom) - [Boiler Fault Codes](https://apptail.io/app/boiler-fault-codes-yMYb/united-kingdom) - [Wiring & Controls - Diagrams](https://apptail.io/app/wiring-controls-diagrams-ctbc/united-kingdom) - [Baxi Project Hub](https://apptail.io/app/baxi-project-hub-QpYe/united-kingdom) ## Rightio EMS Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/rightio-ems-ljI/united-kingdom) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/rightio-ems-ljI/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
