## RigPark Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ripoff"
Truckers need parking at all hours not just 9 to 5. There is no customer support. The website and app are jokes!

$15.00 for parking is too high.

This " company" just needs to go away. You are making the parking problem worse.
-- Shipper629, 2025-01-16

### *---- "Horrible Horrible and Horrible"
Cannot create.

I’ve tried several times and complete fail. Waste of time.
-- Carbonbreath, 2024-09-22

### *---- "This kind of stuff is ruining trucking!"
Stopped at a truckstop in the middle of no where and was informed that every spot is owned by this app and if you don’t pay you get booted or fined. Not a single free spot. Ridiculous! Taking advantage of truck drivers.
-- aw20012, 2024-09-17

### *---- "App doesn’t work."
Can’t finish acct set up. If I get ticket or a boot. Best believe I’ll be making a fuss. Willing to pay but app doesn’t work. Now I get to worry all night if I’m gonna get booted towed or kicked out on my break and screw up my HOS
-- football201275, 2024-08-06

### *---- "Trash zero stars"
Another garbage app that doesnt even work. Cant even login. Take a hint from the best truck stops that never charge for parking. Developers are scum and the owners of “truck stops” that require this garbage app to pay for parking.
-- go jdoe ok geh, 2024-07-10

### *---- "Glitched out"
App is trash, pulled up to little mom and pop gas station to park and this app provided all paid parking at the station, then sent in an endless loop up signing in, sent an email, then to the App Store. Guess I’m gonna have to risk the boot
-- kamren hutto, 2024-06-03

### *---- "Garbage, App does not work"
I attempted to use the app and create an account, it just kept sending me a link to a web page back to the app. Ended up paying inside for the parking.
-- ace1234455, 2024-05-28

### *---- "Worthless"
I’ve tried multiple times to create an account. It sends me an email which I’m supposed to click to open in the app but it never opens. Instead it just tells me a confirmation has been sent to my email. Check email repeat… still haven’t been able to log in because it won’t open the app directly from email it keeps opening a webpage not the app. Absolutely garbage
-- Stonecoldsteev, 2024-03-02

### *---- "NOT USER FRIENDLY"
Needed to park & pulled in to find I needed to download this app to pay for parking. Downloaded app, created account & was sent on a never ending round robin & not able to log in to pay for parking. Store staff was unable to help but was super friendly anyway. Had to move on down the road. Stupidest app on the App Store!!
-- xyzfukthisshit, 2023-03-23

### *---- "Greedy"
Lee’s used to be one of my favorite places to stop at, this app killed it for me. Trying to squeeze cash out of truckers pockets when there’s already so much else to pay for.
