The new app version is awful. Errors when choosing a store, errors when scanning products, errors when at the checkout… Not occasionally, EVERY TIME. The previous version was just fine. Should never have updated.

Annoying, i cant use app because it demands update, but it does not start updating. Why it dies not ask update when i  just ooen my app, only when im in store allready.  Very annoying

App logs out after some time from your account and therefore useless if quickly needed. Also passkey is not used, login difficult. Very stupid decisions by developers. Take a example of Selver app and fix yours.

This app basically from time to time makes in-store purchases impossible when it requires updating. I have to leave the store and buy my stuff elsewhere. This app makes it impossible to use the digital card at self-service kiosks. Why can’t I update the app while in store, you may ask? I use 2 different app store accounts, and logging in to AS is protected with 2xFA. As i am in a store I simply cannot relogin on the go as I need another device. 
And my closest Rimi doesn’t even have wifi, with the mobile signal going offline.

App forgets my account and i need to restore password every once in a while. Usually when I want to use it to apply my membership.
And why do i need to update before using app if i only want to apply membership? Pretty awful, use membership card instead.

Good ones are from Partnerkaart and Coop. This is shameless exscuse for shoving ads down your throat. Devs, project owners, half of screen of ads instead of main buttons (using phone for scanning products and presenting loyality card) is awful, to put it mildly. And it took 3!!! Iterations to make geopositioning work again. 
I only use it because its the closest shop.

Apple pay works in 10% cases and bank payment doesnt go to the end even if you enter your pin2, it fails and your payment is not approved. So you either loss your delivery time or wait food and it doesnt arrive. Very exhausted of that fail, dont want to use the app anymore
