You have just destroyed my ring app on my iPhone as now I can’t have it big only a tiny app now & when you have trouble seeing with glasses you have just ruined my life

HUGE SUBSCRIPTION COSTS! price hike! TOO expensive
DO NOT BUY RING PRODUCTS!!! Subscription jumped a massive 25%!!!!! for one device! Such a scam. Honestly there are so many other better option out there without the nasty fees that just keep rising! Ring - securing their bank accounts = safe n sound. 0/10 The product itself looses battery life with every charge… the video quality is so poor you can even make out a face or number plate.. the footage is always fuzzy and blurred at the start… and more of the recording. The mounts for the devise are poor and restrictive for positioning when mounted. The casing wethers very quickly The battery’s take 8+ house to charge up They take money off your credit card with out notification or reminders!! And never provide a receipt. Bulky outdated low quality product not with the money at all. Far far too expensive for what you get and the fees are raised after you have already purchased the devise. Very very misleading and deceptive! DO NOT BUY RING PRODUCTS!!!
Unreliable
Very unreliable video, even with perfect wifi often it just doesn't work.
Recent update drains the battery and has connection issue
New battery, prior to this update used to last over 2 weeks. Now it’s running out of juice in less than a week. Randomly disconnects and has to reboot to connect again. What is the point of subscription fee if your software update is such a mess
Needs ability to search
Great app and product. Just need ability to search date and time for recordings other than scrolling function currently available.
Needs Improvement
1GB download speed yet the app can lag and not detect motion at all. Often says connection is bad even though my router is only 20 feet away from the physical doorbell. Features of the app are good, but could definitely be improved.
Flaming Pop ups !!
As a premium user I really don’t expect the constant nagging of the orange pop Up every single time I open my Ring app. Enough already !!!!!!
Unreliable
Fails to capture movement and now motion capture not working at all. Less than 2 months old.
Apple Watch
App will not download to Apple Watch. Had worked before but now it’s gone.
Update
I have to update to be able to continue to use front door ring, and now I can’t open the app and I can’t use it, I don’t like updates.
