Not worth the money, you’re buying a brand. Misses the postman most days, bin men are hit and miss. It’s a surprise getting home to post. Picture isn’t good enough to read a number plate at the end of my driveway however a cheaper brand is. The yearly subscription fee is scandalous competition is cheaper or free, customer service is non existent they think they’re protecting the federal reserve. I have purchased 5 ring products now and the idea is fantastic. The execution is however very average, I would certainly buy another brand over these again.

Then in 2024 you took a massive 59 from my account despite me cancelling   So I have no app in my phone -to get the use of the money you took from my account have to download the app  so please do not be charging me any costs otherwise I will put it into the hands of my solicitor as the  bank had no right paying this amount to you as I had also cancelled payments at the bank in person -  at present you have my money but I have no service   At the same time I am entitled to download and use till November 2025 and I will not be renewing as I have had CCTV cameras installed - very angry customer

Love all the products. My house is fully protected. One thing I would request which I think would be a great addition. Why not create an app on Apple TV or any smart tv devices? You can set it up like the app to view and to alert you. User preference of course.

Used to work perfectly until an update or two back when it became so delayed I already answered the door and then my phone app would go off a minute or two later. This happens on mine and my partners phone iPhone 14 Pro. My Amazon Alexa show responds to the door bell instantly compared to this terrible app. I pay for a service that’s lacking.

The app is quite useful and easy to use. I deducted a star because, every time I add a device, it comes with a 30 day trial of premium. For 30 days I have to close a popup reminding me of the remaining free days every single time I open the app. This is annoying. I don’t use any of the premium features.

They’ve updated the app several times but STILL no battery % on the camera thumbnails. It’s not rocket science. Most other manufacturers do it. Why can’t you ?. PLEASE PUT BATTERY % ON DISPLAY instead of having to dig deep into the settings. Also, as of late (with the door cam 4 and stick up cameras) I’m having an issue playing playback. When I try to playback the video freezes, stutters and ghosts (sound is fine). It also stutters a lot. We have 150mbps broadband and the cameras are within 10ft of the router, so it’s not a network issue. I just think when people pay nearly £80 a year for this WE EXPECT IT TO WORK !… you really need to take note of the MANY one star reviews
