Ring - Always Home

PLEASE PUT BATTERY % ON DISPLAY. IVE BEEN ASKING FOR AGES. Why is it really difficult to check the battery level without digging deep into the settings?. It needs to be in a place where it’s easily seen.

Since updating my device the snooze function has not worked. New update still the snooze motion not working disappointed.

Can’t use the app or login due to 406 error

What happen to the widget quick view app Why was this removed. This was the most handest part of the app

Version 5.74.0 seems to have stopped all alerts. Ring no longer appears under apps enabled for location services. Also if you look at the app under settings it’s not showing Microphone, camera or location or local network. Pretty useless now if you are out. Where is the next update to fix this?

With the new version, controls are more clunky and it’s difficult to turn motion detection on/off. In particular to turn it off one has pass through 2 screens now, as opposite as the 1 before. Apps should make it easy to reach the most common features, in this case it’s already the second time that I turn off for a short period (instead of permanently) by mistake

Worked ok for the first 7 months, not amazing though, now it says it’s online, but the app won’t connect to the camera and my home is unprotected. I am paying for the subscription too. I have tried everything! Maybe the recent app update has affected things. If so, please sort it out Ring.

App has lots of potential but every update brings none. The quick replies don’t fit our needs and despite emailing suggestions to ring they continue to just add further childish seasonal replies. Give us the ability to record our own custom reply that we could tailor to our needs. The device also has a dodgy connection and keeps dropping. Ring will blame your WiFi for this yet every other device I have keeps a solid connection to my WiFi despite being 2 floors away from my router behind the front door. Away on holiday at the moment and doorbell dropped offline and has stayed offline for the entire week with nothing I can do about it. My other security WiFi cameras working perfectly. Nice one Ring.

Since the last few updates the snooze mitigation feature is broken. Please can you fix this. I’ve installed the app on a new fresh iPhone and the snooze function does not work. Clearly it’s the app. Poor when we pay a subscription for this.

I have a Ring Doorbell Plus. The solar connection status shows ‘Connected,’ but I don’t have any solar panels installed. This has been happening for the past year. No matter how many times I reset the doorbell and reinstall the app, it still shows as ‘Connected’ to a solar panel. It’s quite perplexing.
