I’ve been using this app for 12 years and it just crashed on me - black screen. I have over 8,000 invoices and it’s disheartening to know I may never be able to retrieve that data. I’ve contacted support and like others mentioned, I too haven’t received a response. I’m so upset. -- Rapunzelthefutureofhair, 2022-11-09 ### *---- "Gone?" I get a black screen on each device and different versions I use. All gone? -- sweetjigger, 2022-11-08 ### ****- "Help" I have used this app for years now and it’s worked great until recently and now, it won’t even load up. I am happy with the app but very disappointed that there is no tech support. I don't want to dog the app, just want some help figuring out why it stopped loading -- supetscoot12, 2021-04-24 ### *---- "Used to be great..." Now it won’t even open & developers website won’t load...sad indeed...had to switch to Square... -- EyeZod, 2021-04-23 ### *---- "Broken" No support, app not working, lost all my data -- Pattaya12:4, 2021-04-23 ### ***-- "Crashing" The app isn’t opening anymore -- Fernando A Quezada, 2021-04-23 ### *---- "Welp.... Black screen at app launch now and Support looks dead" Should have seen that last review in 2019 to get the heads up that developer support for this app seems indeed dead... Emails were sent and no reply. Website no longer accessible... Apple support can only say to keep trying... Here is a 2021 review saying you may want to avoid installing this. May not open anyway as it did not for me when helping a small business owner... A feature request would be that Apple initiates the a heartbeat monitoring process with developers updates and support and notify customers so they do not get orphaned when they drop support... -- Techpilgrim, 2021-04-23 ### *---- "App crashing" And it just went blank!! Can’t access all my invoices and reports. Been using it for years and made it work for me. But now I am at risk of loosing all my invoices for the year. Terrible situation to be in. -- Yacoub77, 2021-04-23 ### *---- "App is dead" I’ve been using this app forever but now it’s dead! Black screen and won’t open the app. I have all my client booking history! App developer site doesn’t work for help either. -- chachanomama, 2021-04-22 ### **--- "App drop" I cannot access app it won’t open and cannot contact support or developer please help -- notsobrassy, 2021-04-22 [View all Ring It Up Universal reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Ring It Up Universal In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Ring It Up Pro | $29.99 | | Ring It Up Advanced | $29.99 | | Ring It Up Basic | $29.99 | ## Apps Similar to Ring It Up Universal -
