Downloaded app and waited in vain for 6 digit verification code to be delivered. Tried twice and gave up. The ‘help’ on offer gives a number to call to book parking. That’s no help at all really is it. I’m sure this is a useful app but I’ll never know, bit of a waste of time really.

Got a PCN due to a session error. Clicked to confirm the session and put my phone away only to come back to a ticket. When I opened the app it said an error had occurred. Honestly poor considering they’ve all but eliminated the ticket machine leaving you with only ringo. Also pay by phone in an underground car park with no signal? Genius idea.

### *---- "Can’t even log in or sign up… unusable!!!"
Terrible experience. It gets stuck indefinitely on “Logging in” and never lets me into my account. I also had the same problem when trying to register.

I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it made no difference. The website works perfectly and I was able to register and log in there, so the issue is clearly with the app.

I also tried using RingGo’s support chatbot, but that wouldn’t open either. When you’re relying on the app to pay for parking, this is incredibly frustrating and could leave you at risk of a fine. Please fix the app, it’s completely unusable!!!

What became an option for people to use turned into a nightmare. When there is a problem with the app the result isn’t just frustrating it’s potentially a £50 fine that I HAVE TO PAY AND SORT OUT. 

Technology is making society worse. And ringo is a symptom of that. You used to be able to pay any way you wanted and now in some places you have to use ringo. What if you don’t have a mobile phone?
