## Rinnai Central Reviews in United States

### **--- "IN DIRE NEED OF UPDATE"
Frequently isnt in sync

Often you’ll press recirculate then close app and go back and it will show its not circulating.
Needs proper functionality and ux testing. Please! You’re supposed to be a premier product buy the app is dragging the user experience into the mud
-- Medi3, 2025-06-28

### ***-- "Good try lacking timer"
The app works good, but I have always used the 5 min recirculate function before showering. Now there is no timer going to let me know when it’s just about ready to hop in. I hope they can add back the countdown timer. Thanks.
-- K40+, 2025-06-19

### *---- "Worthless"
Absolute garbage app. Essentially useless when it comes to managing my tankless WH. Almost impossible to connect and have wasted hours trying to make it work. Couldn’t imagine a less intuitive app with a worse user experience
-- FishWrapper, 2025-05-26

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Why do they even bother? It doesn’t work…
-- Eafppp, 2025-05-20

### *---- "Can’t find heater from app. Useless"
Can’t find heater from app. Useless
-- Smart Song, 2025-05-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work for new models"
My model has a QR code for this app yet it doesn’t even have it listed as an option to connect to.
-- Problemily, 2025-04-21

### *---- "Garbage app"
The worst.
-- Mb22lb, 2025-04-20

### *---- "Terrible"
Hands down a terrible app. If you are considering buying a Rinnai tankless and they tell you that it can be managed via this app they are mistaken.

Look to another brand that takes their app and integration seriously, Rinnai does not.
-- NetTexan, 2025-04-14

### *---- "Stick to making water hot!"
This app is the most useless piece of work I have ever tried to use. Gave up and deleted it.
And you won’t let me post a review. Every nickname already used ??? Really????
-- Ranaiiiiiii, 2025-04-09

### *---- "App and controller a total failure"
I really need this ability to control my tankless heater remotely. However, the RWS200 module disconnects every single day and the app gives me a code failure every time. Often time the prior app works and displays the correct status. One glaring example of how poorly this app works is that the status will show recirculation values of true and the status will be disabled. Please focus more on basic functionality and less on marketing!
-- Function fix needed Now!, 2025-04-03
