Rinpoche will help your overall happiness by managing your meditation, mindfulness, long and short term goals, and self-development.

Unlike most other apps this one is based on real psychological and neuroscience research combined with thousand years old methods of meditations provided by real Buddhist monks. With just one aim, to make you happier.

It is very hard to develop a new routine and this app makes it easier to keep yourself on track and gives you sense of progression through daily challenges and long term challenges. The daily challenges are common sense things like meditate daily and walk more than 10,000 steps which if you follow will lead to a healthier lifestyle.

If you consistently do the daily challenges you will then start to complete some of the long term missions. You need to unlock the paid version to get the most out of the app through the daily challenges and self tracking. However you good use the free version for the meditations.

If you explore the app deeply you can see a lot of the deep psychological principles built into the design to help people take control of their lives and reduce their amount of negative behaviors that has a negative long term effects on a persons well being.

You can start by choosing one of the preset goals that matches the most common positive habits that people have and take it from there
