Over the weekend, the bank website had gone down and lost my fingerprint entry ID. When I mentioned it to the teller, he said, “I can take care of that while you’re here.“ He took both of my phones and got them working. You can only see 5 days worth of transactions at a time without clicking “load more” each time you go back further. And recently it stopped letting me log in with Face ID.
