Had original email/password from 3 weeks ago. Now it doesn’t work mysteriously and when I use my email to send me a new email to reset my password I just keep getting an “We encountered and error - please try”….like wth am I supposed to do now. The passwords match but won’t process and it’s not telling me if anything I’m putting in is wrong or it’s a server/connection issue…? Meanwhile, I can’t get into the app to manage my account or pay my bill etc…it shouldn’t be this difficult. It doesn’t save your log in info, so having to sign it every time you load the app, is kind of annoying. Also has 2 duplicate orders for me, not sure why, but only one is active so it’s cool I guess idk. I feel they can add more to the app like other companies do, such as a speed test, or resetting your ONT/Router from it. Just some feedback. Besides the app, the service is great.
