WHY WE STARTED RISE
We want to help get ahead of the Insufficient Sleep Epidemic (CDC, 2014) we are currently experiencing and that has been steadily increasing since 1985. This Epidemic has led to elevated mortality rates (Cappuccio, 2010) as well as underperformance in most aspects of life (RAND, 2016).

Today, we look at sleep as a luxury. Rise strives to create a world where healthy sleep is a necessity.

I love this app it actually works unlike the fake apps similar however the only free option is a 7 day trial then u have to pay which is what I don’t like since I can’t afford it because I’m 13 (I’m using the trial)

This app will charge you before the trial period has finished then they will not refund your money. They have somehow accessed my bank details (not via Apple but via the bank) and charged me for a second year even though I have unsubscribed (a year ago after they wouldn’t refund me the first time). Stay away from them as they have done this to so many people

Love this app to track my sleep at night. It accurately tracks my sleep. But I have to guess my napping time. Would love to have the app to track this whether this be tracked on my watch or elsewhere. Then it will be a game changer. So far reporting is great and I found that I was really in a lot of  sleep debt

Great app but I didn’t want to subscribe. The app said there would be a reminder before the subscription went through but there wasn’t and I didn’t catch it in time. $129 is quite expensive for a subscription. So be wary of that. Rather a stink way to get people hooked in.
