I have clinical insomnia and need a strict bedtime schedule to help me sleep. I chose this app when I saw it in the App Store and wanted to try it. Most of the time it’s great! It helps me keep a schedule and because of that I am able to have a good night’s rest. I like that I can log in my sleep time! However, there are those mornings when I wake up long before the alarm and the app gets weird. It’s like the app assumes I got 0 sleep the night before and believes I am in the melatonin stage. When I try to log in my sleep time the app malfunctions.
Helped my energy levels
Great app!
Best Thing Cheaper Than Oura
My Oura ring is the only reason why I cancelled. This is so insightful in optimizing sleep and organizing daily activities based on energy level. However, you have to care on your own. This app isn’t a magic pill. You have to put in the work.
Payment
Tell me the pay before you make me tell you my personal details
Hi
It’s a great app. It helps me catch up with my sleep, but sometimes it doesn’t know when I slept, which is hard sometimes because neither do I and it also cost money.
Payment
I really like this app but times are hard and I can’t sleep and I did the free trial and I love this app it’s just I can’t afford it in any ways I no this might not be possible but please make this app free for us
honestly really cool
What i like about this app compared to other sleep apps is that it doesn’t tell u to go to bed at like 6 pm or some stupid stuff it stays real with you, mine told me to sleep at 1 -2 am and i love that for me.
Great app
I just downloaded the app. I just learned about sleep debt. Can’t wait to find out more about my sleep pattern.
Benefits
Great way to stay on track!
Does what it does fairly well, but…
After your free trial expires, the app continues to send you 5+ notifications per day, apparently still tracking. Any time you tap one, you’re immediately hit with a subscription prompt. There’s no real “free” mode to speak of, which is fine, but just make it a paid app. The subscription implies that there’s a free tier of the app, but there really isn’t.
